Mr. Alex Masibo

Mr. Alex Masibo holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Daystar University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education Arts, from Moi University.
He has work experience spanning over 17 years in the areas of fundraising and grant management, project administration, development & oversight and implementation of diverse programs

Grace Mwangi

Grace is a Child Protection and Family Based Care Specialist with over 20 years’ experience. She is a passionate advocate for children outside family care and those at risk of losing parental care. She has pioneered several intervention programs focusing on family and community strengthening. She provides advisory, training and technical support to both state and non-state actors around transforming care and reintegration process of children back into their families and communities.

Richard Chepkawai Limo (OGW)

Richard Chepkawai Limo (OGW) is the alternate member to the Principal Secretary, State Department of Early Learning and Basic Education, Ministry of Education. He is the Deputy Director, Directorate of Policy, Partnerships and East African Affairs.
He holds a Masters in Educational Planning and has undertaken a Strategic Leadership Development Program. Previously, he was a member of Councils for Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University and Kisii University Councils. He is a member of KAEAM (Kenya Association of Educational Administration and Management).
